  • The RMOs get neither promotion nor do they merit a quota in PG studies. However, sitting PCMS doctors avail both these benefits
  • It’s said that though these doctors were hired in 2006, their services were regularized in 2011. Though entitled to dynamic assured career progression(DACP) at 4,9 and 14 years of service, five years since regularization they haven’t received the benefit
  • GK Singh, the rural health director has said that the process is underway to bring the DACP benefits to RMOs and also open a promotion channel
